FEES AND SPACE INFORMATION:

GENERAL VENDOR SPACES: Secure your spot at the heart of the action with a 10x20 tent space. Perfect for showcasing your products or services, this space ensures visibility as it faces the venue. You can set up a 10x20 tent or park ONE vehicle behind it. Price: $100.

ALL FOOD VENDORS: Join the culinary excitement at our bustling Food Court. Food vendor trucks or trailers can claim their spot for $200. Due to the different size of vehicles, we will place you as you arrive. Please note, all food vendors must hold a valid license from the Lewis & Clark County Health Department.

REGISTER BY AUGUST 31ST: Don’t miss out! Secure your spot before the deadline to avoid a late fee of $50.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Life happens! Cancel your reservation up to 14 days in advance to receive a full refund.

EQUIPMENT REMOVAL: All tents, trailers, trucks, and equipment must be cleared from the venue no later than Sunday at noon.

AGREEMENT: By submitting your application, you agree to pay the application fee and acknowledge that sales are not guaranteed. Ensure your tent is securely fastened with at least 60-pound weights on each corner. You are solely responsible for any issues between yourself and customers. Electricity will not be provided; bring solar-powered items or a QUIET generator.

SPECIAL NOTE: No selling 50/50 tickets without prior approval. Any fundraising activities must be pre-approved as well.

SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN: Set up as early as noon and must be completed no later than 3:00 PM. Take down after the last band wraps up.
RESERVATION PROCESS:
Once you've submitted your application, feel free to reserve your space. In the event of denial, immediate refunds will be issued for payments already made. Payment is due upon receipt. Additionally, you're welcome to submit photos to event organizers for advertising purposes. Email your completed application to the email address on the form.
