Concert Rules & Info

Hey, music lovers! The Let Freedom Ring Concert is just around the corner, and we want everyone to have an amazing time while staying safe and respectful of others. Here are some important rules and tips to make this weekend a blast for everyone!  

 

* Be Kind and Respectful: Spread love, not negativity! Let's create a positive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.

* Stay Hydrated: Montana has crazy weather! I might be hot, it might rain! Remember to drink plenty of water and stay cool throughout the event.

* Follow the Event Schedule: Check out the concert schedule in advance so you don't miss your favorite acts. We've got an incredible lineup this year!

* Trash Disposal: Help keep the venue clean by using designated trash bins. Let's leave no trace!

* Stay Safe: Look out for your fellow concert-goers. If you see someone who needs help, please assist or alert event staff.

* No smoking: The grass is dry. Please be courteous and safe.

* Bring Valid ID: If you plan to enjoy adult beverages, make sure you have a valid ID to show at the bar.

* Bring a Chair/Blanket: We'll have some hay bails in the back by the food court, but if you want to have a seat bring your chairs and/or blankets.

* No Outside Alcohol: Sorry, folks, but outside alcohol is not permitted. Support the event by purchasing drinks at our bars.

* No Dogs Allowed (Insurance Requirement) Due to insurance requirements and the safety of all attendees, we regret to inform you that no dogs or pets will be allowed at the event this year. We know how much you love your four-legged companions, but this rule is necessary to ensure everyone's well-being. Please plan accordingly and make arrangements for your pets during the concert weekend. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making this event a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

* Have Fun and Dance Like No One's Watching: Ultimately, this event is all about celebrating freedom and enjoying great music. So, let loose and have a blast! �
